Shipping Disclaimer

Please be advised that our shipping times are longer than usual due to the global complications related to Covid, which we see may affect all aspects of shipping and inventory for years to come. Shipping times frames provided are estimates at best! They are NOT promised dates or committed arrival times. Although we have 75 % of items in stock which will ship within 24 hours others may take 14-28 days to ship. We hope to cut this lead time in the future.

VERY IMPORTANT!! Once your package leaves our facility, we are NO LONGER responsible! We will gladly provide shipping information for you to file a claim with your carrier for missing packages, wrong address delivery or theft.

Refunds

All sales are FINAL. Unfortunately, since SOME items are made to order, we are not able to issue refunds. In addition, once your order is placed, your Sweepstakes entries are submitted immediately, and we cannot alter or delete entries. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your order for another size or style, the items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. YOU MUST PAY SHIPPING BOTH WAYS FOR EXCHANGE, WE WILL NOT SHIP REPLACEMENT UNTIL RECEIVE THE ORGINAL ITEM BACK.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at orders@jessestrucks.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of received if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect/Misspelled Addresses

We are NOT responsible for incorrect or misspelled addresses given at check out. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct address while placing their order. Items will be sent to the address provided and we cannot reimburse you for any lost or stolen packages.

If you notice you entered an incorrect address, please e-mail us at orders@jessestrucks.com and we will TRY our best to catch it before it gets sent out. However, we cannot ensure or guarantee an address correction.

Return to Sender Orders

If your order has been returned to us, we will reach out to you via email, text and phone. You have 15 days after we’ve attempted to contact you to get back to us about your missing package. If we do not hear from you, your order will be automatically FORFEITED. However, you will keep your entries for the current Sweepstakes. We cannot issue you a refund.
